Does my Pakistani recipient need to provide their CNIC?

No. Kangaroo Service pays out directly to a bank account in Pakistan — we do not require your recipient to provide their CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) to us.

That said, the recipient's bank may exercise its own discretion and ask for the CNIC when crediting a foreign inward transfer, particularly for larger amounts. This is at the bank's prerogative and outside our control. If the bank requests it, your recipient simply provides their CNIC to the bank to complete the credit.
