Today, with 18+ years of experience and 10,000+ customers served, we are AUSTRAC registered & licensed by Bank Indonesia, regulated on both ends of every transfer.

Kangaroo Service Pty Ltd was incorporated in Australia (ACN 108 996 354), turning years of personally helping our community send money home into a licensed, accountable business. Compliance first, from day one.
Roots on both shores
We established PT Kangaroo Ausindo in Indonesia, giving us a regulated home in the country where our customers' families are waiting.
Licensed by Bank Indonesia
Bank Indonesia granted us Money Remitter licence No. 12/55/DASP/18, formal recognition on the receiving end of every transfer.
New destinations
Responding to customer demand, we began adding new destination countries, extending the same secure, same-day service to more communities.
Fully online
Our web application launched: register, verify, and send at online.kangaroo-service.com, anytime, from anywhere in Australia. Digital-first, without losing the humans behind it.
Licence upgraded
PT Kangaroo Ausindo was recognised as a Payment Service Provider (PJP) for Remittance Services under Bank Indonesia's modern payment-system framework, staying current as regulation evolves.
