How do I get a refund?
The path depends on why you want a refund:
Cancellation refund
If you cancelled a "New" transfer, the funds remain in your Automatcher wallet, ready for another transfer. To withdraw them back to your Australian bank account, contact our call centre. We'll need you to provide a BSB and account number in your name — the account holder must match the name we hold on file. Wallet withdrawals don't go through OSKO/NPP and typically take 1–3 business days.
Error refund
If your transfer failed at the destination (status "Error"), the transfer amount is automatically returned to your Automatcher wallet as soon as the destination side confirms the failure. From there, you can re-send (with corrected details if needed) or request a withdrawal to your bank account as above.
Indonesia deposit refund
Call our Indonesia call centre. We'll need a bank name and account number in your name — the account holder must match the name we hold on file. Indonesia refunds are processed the same business day.
