Can I get a refund if my recipient never received the money?
If the transfer status is Error, yes — the funds are automatically returned to your Automatcher wallet. You can then re-send to the correct details (you'll need to create a new transfer with a fresh quote).
If the transfer status is Processed, the funds have been released to the destination bank. From here:
- If your recipient's account exists and is active but they haven't seen the funds within the expected delivery window, contact support — we'll investigate with the destination bank and follow up.
- If the funds were sent to a wrong-but-valid account (i.e. you entered the wrong account number and it happened to belong to someone else), see What if I sent money to the wrong account?.
